6) Laid back on a couch/bed
7)Fruits drinks/chocolate/cakes(hv to control takut gemuk haha)
8)Zikr such as Astaghfirullah
9) Shopping bags, shirts, etc( hv to control also)
10) Talk & see to my moms & dads..even tak dapat cerita prob..cume pandang wajah mereka & berbual kosong with them pun helps me a lot
